Jacksboro Community Services Grant Program Board

The Jacksboro Community Services Grant Program Board was established by the City Council in 2025 through Ordinance O-24-2025.  The primary focus of the board is to process, review and make recommendations on applications for funding grants from non-profit organizations.  The City Council has determined that in order to remain fiscally responsible with taxpayer dollars, a board should be established to review funding requests from non-profit organizations.  Guidelines and procedures for applying for funding were also established by the Council in 2025 through Ordinance O-25-2025.  Non-profit organizations are encouraged to apply for funding with the application found here and must submit the application to the City Secretary annually by April 30 to be considered for the next fiscal year's budget.

Board members were appointed to the 2026 Board on January 12, 2026 by the City Council.
