The City Council have also reestablished the "Policy Statement on Commercial Property Tax Abatement Incentives", which defines the guidelines and criteria for consideration of a commercial tax abatement within the "COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT ZONE NUMBER 4 OF THE CITY OF JACKSBORO".
