We want to thank the community for participating in our recent survey about the future of our Activity Center. We received an overwhelming number of responses and are encouraged to continue to keep our activity center open. The center has a gym floor for basketball, volleyball or other sports, a gym for working out, bathrooms with showers and lockers, and a small kitchen area. We hope that you will consider a membership to the activity center for you and your family.
You can fill out and print this application form, request a form by email, or pick one up at City Hall. You will need to bring your application to City Hall with a valid form of ID and your payment for membership.
