    Garage Sale Permit Fee: $5.00 per garage sale

    Definition: For the purpose of this article, a garage or home sale shall mean to refer to the sale of personal property on the same lot as a residential dwelling with a residential zoning district and means to include yard sales, estate sales, and moving sales. 

    A person shall not conduct an occasional sale (garage/home sale) for a duration of more than three (3) consecutive calendar days. A person shall not conduct more than four (4 ) sales at a premise during any twelve (12) month period (January 1st thru December 31st).
