ESTABLISH RESIDENTIAL TAX ABATEMENT ZONES
AMEND COMMERCIAL ABATEMENT POLICY AND GUIDELINES
ESTABLISH COMMERCIAL TAX ABATEMENT ZONES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Jacksboro City Council will conduct the following Public Hearings to discuss and consider:
The establishment of Residential Tax Abatement Policy and Guidelines; and
The establishment and designation of Residential Tax Abatement Zones; and
The amendment of the Commercial Tax Abatement Policy and Guidelines; and
The establishment and designation of Commercial Tax Abatement Zones
Public Hearings will be held at the Regular Scheduled Council Meeting to be held on Monday, August 9, 2021 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers at 112 W. Belknap Street, Jacksboro, TX 76458.
Documents can be viewed at www.cityofjacksboro.com, see “NEWS FLASH” and “TAX ABATEMENTS”, or in-person at city hall at 111 W. Belknap Street, Jacksboro, TX during regular office hours.
All interested persons may appear at this meeting and present their views for consideration to Council.
