Inquiries / INTERPRETATIONS
All Proposers shall carefully examine the RFP documents. Any ambiguities or inconsistencies shall be brought to the attention of the City Secretary in writing before the due date; failure to do so, on the part of the Proposer, will constitute acceptance by the Proposer of any subsequent decision. Any questions concerning the intent, meaning and interpretations of the RFP documents, shall be requested in writing and received by the City Secretary no later than January 6, 2017. The City will not be responsible for any oral instructions made by any employee(s) of the City regarding this RFP. Oral statements given before the proposal due date will not be binding.
Delays
The City, at its sole discretion, may delay the scheduled due dates indicated above if it is to the advantage of the City to do so. The City will notify Proposers of all changes in scheduled due dates by posting the notification on the City’s website, www.cityofjacksboro.com, under the “News and Announcements” section.
Submittal
The Proposer shall submit the following documents/information:
- Cover page of Request for Proposal with signature, title and date;
- Respondent’s Financial Proposal Form;
- Response to Request for Proposal consistent with the guidelines specified in the Proposal Guidelines section.
Proposal Opening
Proposals must be delivered to the City of Jacksboro in a sealed package, clearly marked on the outside, RFP#17-001, the Date and Time of Closing, and the name and address of the Respondent by 12:00 p.m. on January 18, 2017. Proposals shall be opened January 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Jacksboro City Hall Council Chambers located at 112 W. Belknap Street, Jacksboro, TX 76458. Only all of the names of the Proposers submitting proposals shall be read aloud. No other information will be provided at the time.
Interested vendors must submit a RESPONSE PACKET of one (1) original and three (3) copies, to:
