NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
For the purpose of considering the effects of requested zoning amendments, the following public hearings will be held: City of Jacksboro Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at 5:30 p.m. and Jacksboro City Council on Monday, January 27, 2020, at 5:30 p.m. Both meetings will be held at the Council Room at Jacksboro City Hall, 112 W. Belknap, Jacksboro, Texas 76458. The following amendments to the City of Jacksboro Zoning Ordinance will be considered:
REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW SENIOR MULTIFAMILY HOUSING CONTINGENT UPON THE SALE OF THE PROPERTY BUT TO MAINTAIN CURRENT ZONING OF THOROUGHFARE COMMERCIAL/LIGHT MANUFACTURING (TC/LM) DISTRICT IF SALE DOES NOT OFFICIALLY CLOSE, ON PROPERTY IDENTIFIED AS APPROXIMATELY 9.16 ACRES FRONTING ON STATE HIGHWAY 148, ALSO IDENTIFIED BY JACK COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT AS PARCEL #55216 AND BEING PART OF LOT 3 BLOCK 27 OF J W BUCKNER SURVEY AB 34, JACKSBORO, JACK CO, TX. (Case# Z-01-2020).
REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW COMMERCIAL USE AS BED AND BREAKFAST AND QUILTING RETREAT IN SINGLE FAMILY 1 (SF1) ZONING DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY IDENTIFIED AS 316 W. LIVEOAK STREET, JACKSBORO, ALSO IDENTIFIED AS JACK COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT PARCEL #2762/R AND BEING LOT 1 BLOCK 25 OF LINDSEY ADDITION, JACKSBORO, JACK COUNTY, TX. (Case# Z-02-2020).
