What do I have to do to get water service?: To establish a water account we ask that you come to the Utility Billing office located at 112 West Belknap, to complete an application for water service. All new residential accounts are subject to a deposit, $100 for residential accounts and $200 fpr commercial accounts, this amount may vary based upon past payment history. In addition, the city requires that before opening accounts we must have a copy a photo ID.
