PROJECT:  ELEVATED SEWER LINE CROSSING

PROJECT NO:  HEI#102001

Sealed bids for the unit price general construction contract for the Elevated Sewer Line Crossing will be received by City of Jacksboro at the office of Jacksboro City Hall, 112 W. Belknap St., Jacksboro, TX 76458 until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Bids are invited for several unit price items of work, including installation of an aerial sewer line that consists of approximately 370 feet of 12" steel casing, 144 feet of 8" D.I.P., 370 feet of 8" fusible PVC sewer line, two manholes, and the removal of the existing sewer line.  

The Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following places:  City Hall, 112 W. Belknap, Jacksboro, TX 76458, and Hayter Engineering, Inc., 4445 S.E. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.  Each BIDDER must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided for in the Instructions to Bidders.  

All bids shall remain good and may not be withdrawn for 90 calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
