The Fire Marshal / Code Compliance Department operates as a division of the Jacksboro Fire Department and is working to make Jacksboro a safer, cleaner, and more environmentally friendly community.

This process is carried out through the application of city ordinances and state codes. A customer service approach is used when evaluating all potential violations. Our goal is to educate the public and have all property owners working toward a common goal, to enhance and beautify Jacksboro making it a great place for our families to live and friends to visit.
